Vonage Business Inc. (“Vonage”) is sponsoring a Starbucks Gift Card giveaway (“Giveaway”) at the Channel Partners Conference & EXPO 2022 event, which will be held in Las Vegas, NV from April 11th through April 14th, 2022 (“Event”). The Giveaway will begin on April 4, 2022 and will continue through the end of the Event or until all gift cards are given away, whichever occurs first (“Promotional Period”).
Eligibility. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. The Giveaway is only open to adults aged 18 years and older who complete the identified entry process of booking a demo through the provided website prior to the Event. Employees of Vonage, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. Void where prohibited by law.
Prize. Each winner will receive one (1) Starbucks Gift Card valued at Ten Dollar ($10) USD for their participation (“Prize”). The quantity of Prizes is limited to 200 total. A Winner may waive their right to receive the Prize. No substitutions or cash equivalents are allowed, except that all Prizes are subject to availability and Vonage may substitute a Prize or Prize component of equal or greater value. Starbucks is not a sponsor of this Giveaway promotion.
How To Participate. To participate in the Giveaway during the Promotional Period, the participant must: (1) be registered for and attend the Event; and (2) schedule a “Book a Demo with Vonage at Channel Partners” meeting using the Calendly url process. Limit to one entry during the Promotional Period. Booking more than one demo will not result in multiple Prize winners.
Odds. Prizes will be awarded to participants on a first come first served basis until all 200 of the Gift Cards have been distributed.
Notification. Winners will receive the Prize via email within 24-hours of completing the steps outlined in How to Participate.

Release. By participating in the Giveaway, each participant agrees to fully release, forever discharge and hold harmless sponsor, Vonage Holdings Corp., its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers and each such company’s officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, and successors and assigns (collectively, the “released parties”) from and against any claims, costs, liabilities, losses, injuries, and damages arising out of the Giveaway, including, but not limited to, any claims for personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, loss of enjoyment, or any other harm whatsoever arising out of: (1) participation in the Giveaway; (2) the quality, receipt, possession, use, or misuse of any prize; or (3) any travel or activity that is related to the Giveaway or any prize.
The released parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participants, printing or production errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or employed in the Giveaway; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines, the internet or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Giveaway; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Giveaway, the processing of entries, or the notification of any provisional winner; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from a participant’s participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. Vonage reserves the right to: suspend, cancel, or modify this promotion at any time in its discretion.
Limitations of Liability. By participating in the Giveaway, participants acknowledge and agree that everything regarding this Giveaway, including the prize(s), are provided “as is” and that the released parties make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the prize(s) and the released parties hereby disclaim all such warranties, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. (because some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain implied warranties, the above limitation may not apply to you. In such states, the liability of the released parties is limited to the fullest extent permitted by such state law.)
Privacy. All personal information submitted by you as part of this Giveaway will be treated in accordance with Vonage’s Privacy Policy except as otherwise described in these Official Rules and/or any promotional materials. By participating in this Giveaway, you acknowledge and agree that all information and material, including any personal information provided by your entry materials, affidavits, and releases, will be collected, used and disclosed by the Sponsor and its authorized agents, representative, and other third parties involved in the execution, administration, or hosting of this Giveaway, for the purposes of administering the Giveaway and prize fulfillment and may be further publicized as described above.
Disputes. As a condition of entering, participant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, this Giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Georgia, and (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering any Giveaway, but in no event attorneys’ fees. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the participant and Sponsor in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
