RHAPSODY
in the time of
Client projects
After taking on the production
of Global Blue’s SHOP magazine
in December 2019, the editorial team in the UK and our design and production teams in Poland have been working flat-out to send eleven of the guides to print, with a further nine waiting in the wings to be finalised in the coming weeks.
Many of the covers were illustrated by Rhapsody’s own creative team, proving that, from content creation to translation, picture research to bespoke cover art, there is nothing that Team Rhapsody can’t turn its hand to. To peruse the latest editions of SHOP.

The retail industry has been hit particularly hard by recent events, and brands are being forced to think of new and inventive ways to produce materials and engage with their customers. Several high-end fashion labels have made use of our photography studio in Warsaw, sending clothing to be shot by our highly-skilled team to ensure they avoid interruptions to production
- and we remain open for shoots
if any other clients feel they would benefit from this service.

The creative team continues to innovate in their field, working on
a variety of interactive digital projects and exploring new possibilities in user engagement, including the utilisation of video game storytelling to captivate audiences and encourage engagement. A couple of amazing recent examples include an experience for Travelzoo that promoted trips to the stunning Yorkshire locations in Lionsgate’s film Military Wives and a user-friendly quiz for business solutions company, Sage. So even while remaining within our own four walls, Rhapsody continues
to think outside the box and the results speak for themselves.

Everyone is saying it: self-isolation is going to make us all more creative.
This creativity spurt does not (and should not) apply to individuals only;
it is also time for companies to start thinking outside the box.
Of course, it goes without saying that Rhapsody can provide brands and companies with the tools that will help them differentiate themselves from the competition. Our innovative tech solutions span the likes of CGI and AR/VR.
Whether you’re looking for ways
to bring a printed advert to life,
to create social media experiences with a difference (think Instagram filters, for example) or looking
to create an innovative digital platform, our team has the answer. The possibilities are, quite simply, endless and we can help with everything from consolidating
your vision to making it reality.

Here at Rhapsody we’ve certainly not been sitting back, waiting for this to blow over and having a beer (well, aside from during our weekly visits to Bergy’s Bar...) Keeping the team busy, creative and happy during these difficult times has been high on our list of priorities.

Bergy’s Bar
The creative team have been working hard on an international campaign to keep children engaged and make a positive difference to health services around the world. The #stayathomeposters campaign encourages young budding creatives to design a poster to support government #stayhome initiatives, spread a little positivity through art and share their creations on social media to show frontline workers why we’re all grateful to be staying at home right now.

Like many creative agencies, Team Rhapsody are now all working from home. While this might present struggles in some areas, something it has left us with is a great insight into the WFH stations of our colleagues! Trendy bookcases, stylish kitchens and even a WFH static bike in a shed, check out our post on LinkedIn to have a good nose around.
WFH
While we’re all adapting to new methods of communication for daily business updates and truly relying on all things digital, one team member is making sure that Rhapsody’s Slack channels are never
a dull place to visit. Group Creative Director Jamie Rankin’s daily posters, mostly featuring our very own Rhapsody staff members starring in their own movie billboards, have become the perfect way
to keep our team spirit alive, even when we’re miles apart.

No work-from-home week at Rhapsody would be complete without
a trip to Andy Berg’s virtual bar. The new Friday tradition, in lieu of our favourite haunts, is an afternoon team Zoom rendez-vous at Bergy’s Bar. Fancy dress is encouraged, a quiz or a cheeky round of bingo is mandatory and we are all sure to raise a glass of something cold
to celebrate another wonderful week of hard work at Rhapsody
during these unusual and unprecedented times. Cheers!
