We also have remote photo and video capabilities which allow clients to feed comments and creative direction to a shoot from anywhere in the world. Our creative director in London also joins the shoots remotely, providing feedback to get the best out of the models and crew. Photo and video content is streamed directly to the client via a live feed for their comments and our project managers are able to move between photo, video and behind-the-scenes content, thanks to a three-camera set up that even allows hair and makeup to be viewed while in progress.

The marriage of amazing visuals with the perfect tagline is something that’s truly memorable - therein lies the magic that keeps consumers returning to a brand time and time again. Walstead and Rhapsody partnered with music subscription service Spotify on an events-focused campaign to encourage students to sign up to Premium at a special discounted rate.
Our team came up with key campaign messaging, including the strapline ‘Party Like It’s £4.99’ and created a microsite complete with data capture, digital banners, social and print
collateral for the campaign - including branded stickers, coffee cups and a coffee van. Once students had subscribed to the tariff, they were encouraged to create playlists and compete to get the most followers, with VIP festival passes and secret gig tickets up for grabs.
We also produced an 8-page newspaper, the Spotify Downlow, made up of statistics on people’s musical tastes at 60 destination-specific universities and colleges. Walstead and Rhapsody’s involvement in these national campaigns saw Spotify become students’ first choice for music streaming in the UK.
Walstead and Rhapsody also masterminded the branding for new recruitment company Tale, starting with its logo, brand guidelines and secondary design assets. With a name rooted in storytelling, Tale’s mission is to tell its clients’ career stories and help them start a new chapter. We took this inspiration and brought the Tale brand to life by creating a logo that incorporated a page-turning, folded effect, choosing a bold, digital-friendly colour palette and clear, engaging typography to envision the logo and assets, including templates for business cards, social media posts, website blogs and email signatures.
We also assisted in providing straplines that linked to Tale’s name, mission and newly designed logo, as well as designing its clean, contemporary website. By creating sections which made use of the brand name (e.g. Our Tale, Your Tale), we proved our ability to create a cohesive brand identity, with a clear thread that is visible at every touchpoint in the customer journey. The website made the most of UX design to lead the user down the brand funnel, encouraging them to get in touch with Tale and start writing the next chapter in their career. Tale were overwhelmingly positive about the final product, a sign of a job well done.
Rhapsody and Walstead also built end-to-end campaigns for Arsenal, including the design of match day collateral and the creative and branding on five annual Emirates Cup events and two Legends matches.
Walstead and Rhapsody were responsible for producing the full marketing campaigns and all associated collateral, from digital banner ads to video content, radio, TV, print advertising and billboards. Our efforts in these campaigns, one of our most immersive communications projects, have seen the Emirates Cup become a sell-out tournament year-on-year.
