At Well+Good, we see beauty as an extension of your well-being. And the only thing we love more than a line-plumping serum or a damage-repairing shampoo is how a great beauty routine can make you feel: confident, comfortable, and uniquely you. So believe us when we say that for our 2025 Beauty Awards, we set the bar high—and only the best (of the best) made the cut.
Our team meticulously tested 2,000 top-performing beauty products across 12 months, using efficacy (and an intensely detailed scoring system) as our North Star. No innovation went unnoticed, whether it was a brand-new launch, a must-have luxury, or an industry icon. Final contenders were then sent to a panel of high-profile experts for hands-on testing and reviewing. The result? 70 game-changing beauty products unanimously chosen to be worth your time, money, and energy.
Presenting: The winners of the 2025 Well+Good Beauty Awards. Get ready to discover your new go-tos.

Expert Panel
Our beauty awards spanned April 2024 to April 2025, during which time we reviewed the best innovations across makeup, nails, skincare, haircare, body care, and oral health.
PR agencies, beauty brands, and industry insiders submitted their standout products for consideration, each one then undergoing a thorough vetting process from our editors.
In addition to external nominations, our editorial team also tracked nearly every U.S. beauty launch to create a starting list of contenders.
Our testing team—a diverse group of hair textures, skin types, and skin tones—tested more than 250 products to assess performance, application, and efficacy.
Our award finalists were individually tested by a panel of dermatologists, plastic surgeons, cosmetic chemists, hairstylists, trichologists, and makeup artists.
After months of rigorous testing and reviewing, 70 products earned the title of Well+Good 2025 Beauty Award winner for their incredible performance, quality, and innovation.
