During your internship, you'll have an opportunity to apply the skills you acquired through your coursework and other work experiences. You'll also receive challenging work assignments that will apply to your field of study. You'll have opportunities to attend executive presentations, in-house training classes, and career-related sessions. The ability to job shadow in other areas of our organization will also be available to round out your experience. Participating in charitable events, attending social gatherings, and using all the onsite amenities available on our campus are just a few of the ways you'll be able to experience the West Bend culture. Our managers will take time to provide you with helpful feedback to aid in your personal development. We also want to hear about your experience. At the end of your internship, we'll ask you to evaluate us. Our internships take place during the summer months and, in many cases, can continue throughout the school year.
