Hiring skilled talent is the most frequently reported labor challenge facing organizations right now, according to more than three in five executives (62%) polled. Second-tier challenges include understaffing, increasing productivity of existing workforce, and high turnover.
The three technologies cited most often as contributing to organizations’ sales and operations planning processes are Microsoft Excel, demand planning/forecasting applications, and ERP applications.
