Hiring is even higher than it was in Q1, and one-third of executives say remote onboarding is a challenge. Nearly 3 in 4 executives are handling permanent remote working requests from their employees.
Last quarter, execs told us they were split on whether or not to require a vaccine for a return to work. This time around, two-thirds of execs say they will track employee vaccinations, but half of them aren’t sure how they’ll do so yet. What’s more, 71% of respondents say they will in some way incentivize their employees to get vaccinated.
