We are excited to welcome you back to our in-person conference this year. Our current health and safety guidelines for VISION 2023 are outlined below, as are additional details to help you plan for the in-person experience. Policies will be set according to CDC and public health recommendations; federal, state, and local regulations applicable at the time of the event; and what WorkForce Software deems necessary to manage the risk for its event attendees.
For VISION 2023: Essentials, WorkForce Software now recommends, but does not require, all attendees and exhibitors be fully vaccinated to participate. Any attendee that receives a positive COVID-19 test result or shows any illness symptoms within 72 hours prior to or during the conference is requested to refrain from attending. Attendees may choose to wear or forgo face masks based on the individual attendee’s comfort level (masks are not required).
WorkForce Software will continue to monitor developments and reserves the right to revise this guidance at any time at its sole discretion, without liability, based on then-applicable circumstances, including, but not limited to, any updated guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and federal, state, or local governments. To ensure you have the most up-to-date information, the latest health and safety guidelines for the conference will be communicated directly to all registered participants via email no later than two weeks prior to the conference start date.
