Castle & Cooke expertly implemented Attestation, enhancing their WorkForce Time & Attendance system. In this session, they addressed the use of time clocks and web clocks and database management. Castle & Cooke provided successful Attestation implementation tips that can be applied to your organization, including a template they’ve created to streamline future implementations for other companies ready to master time attestation.

Autoliv shared their implementation of a mobile option for time off requests, addressing the unique challenges of clock systems and internal communications and emphasizing the importance of internal training, overcoming communication hurdles, and navigating the approval process with multiple supervisors and managers. They also reviewed a hybrid model for system maintenance, balancing self-sufficiency with the support of Application Management Services (AMS).
Autoliv Optimizes Time Off Requests with Hybrid Approach
WestRock explained their comprehensive approach to union engagement, financial management, and site engagement, which were all pivotal in their expansion from 19 to 230 sites. They shared lessons learned and strategic considerations that shaped their journey, including the adoption of a hybrid model for post-production support and continuous management.

VISION 2024 training sessions had a remarkable turnout of participants taking advantage of the Fast-Track programs, which enabled attendees to get two training certifications in just two days.
