Animation Delay Increments
Each group in the Donut Chart folder has a 0.2 incremental delay. The animation delays applied to each group are 0, 0.2, 0.4, and 0.6. This gives the affect that each wedge is separately spinning into view.

Finally, the "Fade In" animation was applied to each Stat group. And the delay was set to 1.0 Sec.

The 12% group in the Donut Chart folder was selected and the delay was set to 0 seconds. Then, for each subsequent group .2 seconds was added to the delay so that each group animates incrementally.
