Pride@Worley promotes a safe, inclusive and supportive work environment where our LGBTQI+ community feels connected, engaged and respected, enabling them to reach their full potential. We promote connection across the community, raising awareness of LGBTQI + issues, contributing ideas and sharing information and experiences.
All employees from the LGBTQI+ community and allies are welcome and can contribute ideas and share or read information on related topics, events, speakers and media.

Women of Worley
Our Women of Worley (WoW) group is a space for talented professional women to come together to connect, share skills, raise awareness and identify challenges in their working careers and personal lives. This group allows women to share insights gained through their experiences at work. WoW is a space where we champion and celebrate success.
All Abilities Network
The All Abilities Network strives for Worley to be known as an inclusive, safe and accessible employer where people who are disabled or neurodivergent can reach their full potential. We work together to build a sense of belonging through shared experience, connection and collaboration. The All Abilities Network also acts as an internal advocacy group – raising awareness of the needs of disabled and neurodivergent colleagues and providing insights to help shape more inclusive business decisions.
