Optimizing CCUS for decarbonization
Improving a CCUS network in the Gulf of Mexico
Our Dynamic Simulation Tool shows customers in the Gulf of Mexico how to optimize their network by processing emissions data from 19 CO2 emitters.
The tool evaluates various pipeline architectures and executes multiple simulations to determine ideal configurations. This helps customers minimize CO2 transportation and storage costs while maximizing network efficiency.
Comparing pipeline and shipping routes in the Baltic Sea
In the Baltic Sea, our Dynamic Simulation Tool visualizes and assesses our customer’s CCUS network by processing emissions data from the region’s top five CO2 emitters.
The tool evaluates pipeline and shipping routes to assess performance and compares them to define the best configuration. Our simulations help customers validate their development plans when securing a CO2 storage license.
Forecasting, accounting and emissions tracking
Our Dynamic Simulation Tool can forecast network costs and track carbon emissions for each CO2 emitter.
This ensures transparency and allows stakeholders to monitor usage, allocate costs appropriately, and manage their CO2 contributions. Our detailed reporting assists customers in making informed decisions that enhance economic and environmental performance.
