The recruiter will review all applications to identify qualified candidates.
The hiring team will notify candidates who have been selected for consideration and screening.
Applicants who were not selected will be emailed within 14 days of review.
The recruiter will reach out to schedule a call with you.
This call will cover details about the position, essential duties, mission, vision, and culture of WWP.
Your background, experience, and interests will be discussed.
These assessments are online questionnaires that measure certain traits that are important for the role.
The goal is to give the hiring team an overall perspective of the candidate.
New-hire welcome information will be provided to the new teammate.
Virtual pre-onboarding tasks will be assigned with detailed instructions.
The new teammate’s manager will reach out with a week-one orientation agenda.
Welcome Aboard
A start date will be agreed to by the candidate and hiring team.
The offer recommendation process will be based on team equity and the finalist’s qualifications.
After the offer is accepted, a background check will be conducted.
All offers are contingent upon a successful background check.
Almost to the Finish Line
The hiring manager interview will be in person when possible, and the strongest candidates will advance.
The decision-maker interview will be in person when possible, and one finalist will be selected for an offer.
