Centerstone’s Military Services are available nationally through our professional network of telehealth providers and in our clinics. Our services include counseling, couples and family counseling, online support groups, classes, and workshops.

With individual or couples counseling sessions, app support between sessions, and a state-of-the-art PTSD and addiction treatment program, your treatment can be personalized to achieve the best outcomes in the shortest time.
Over 1,000 veterans have been treated in partnership with Wounded Warrior Project, including many with symptoms related to PTSD, MST, and other service-connected conditions.
