Experience the original Row House class: 17 minutes of rowing, 10 minutes of floor, and ending with a 20 minute rowing finisher. Time to lock in.

2015 Workout:
FOUNDER’S FAVORITE

We’re taking it back to our original HIIT workout from 2016. This is where our "Intervals" class was created. In this class, we’ll be on and off the rower 5 times! That’s one interval more than usual. Prepare to sweat!
2016 Workout:

Join our rowing relay where we divide into 'boats' to reach meter goals as a crew. Fueled by teamwork, we'll navigate this class together, alternating between the rower and floor exercises. We’re in this together.
2017 Workout:

In 2018, we launched our Body Class, emphasizing muscle strengthening with dumbbells. This format closely resembles our Signature Class, but includes a few extra minutes dedicated to sculpting and toning muscles with dumbbells, followed by cardio training on the rower.

In 2020, social distancing meant fewer rowers in the room. So we turned adversity into opportunity and found a solution to offer more classes to smaller segments of members, without compromising the workout. Since then, we’ve adopted 'Express' classes as a regular scheduled favorite!

Strength made its Row House debut in 2022, offering a muscle building approach to strengthen your body, and overall performance on the rowing machine. Celebrate with us by challenging yourself to use a heavier-than-normal dumbbell!
2022 Workout:

No leaderboards here, just friendly crew rivalry. This class will go through on and off the rower exercises, but prepare to race odds vs evens on the machines. Beware: You may smash a personal record in this class. Let’s go!

Back by popular demand: Explore the hidden features within our Concept2 rowing machines! Embark on an exciting journey through this gamified class and explore the built-in arcade games. A crew favorite!

Celebrate our 10-year anniversary with our new 10k relay class! You'll pair up, alternating 200m rowing segments. While one of you rows, the other cheers (and rests)! When the whole class reaches a multiple of 10k, the class engages in a group activity before resuming intervals.
