Your Q4 Pilates Reset: Reflect, Recharge, and Set Powerful Goals for the New Year
Where Did the Time Go?
How did December sneak up on us again? One moment we’re coasting through autumn thinking we have endless weeks to get everything done, and the next—bam!—we’re staring at a calendar that refuses to slow down.
The campaign brings that spirit to life through inspiring storytelling on screen, inviting viewers to see themselves not only on the reformer but as part of a supportive, empowering community.
Where You’ll See the Movement
Our “Every BODY” campaign debuted on ABC’s The View and will continue to share its message across Good Morning America, General Hospital, digital, social, and outdoor spaces nationwide.
You might spot one of our colorful murals in New York City at Lafayette and Canal Street or in Los Angeles near Melrose and Stanley. Or, if you’re traveling through LAX, you might spot it there—a bright reminder of wellness and positive energy in the middle of the busy concourse. So whether you’re watching your favorite show, scrolling through social media, or heading out on your next trip, keep an eye out—the “Every BODY” message is all around you.
Real People. Real Progress. Real Community.
At the center of the campaign film is Laressa Mems, a Club Pilates Master Instructor whose genuine, expert-led approach embodies everything the brand stands for. Alongside her is a diverse cast of real members, each reinforcing a powerful truth: your body belongs here.
Ready to Join the Movement?
This isn’t just a campaign—it’s an open invitation to experience the strength, balance, and confidence that Pilates brings. Because when you move better, you feel better—and everybody deserves that.

What to Expect
Circuit moves through three progressive rounds designed to challenge your entire body. Each Circuit class incorporates different pieces of Pilates equipment—like the Reformer, Springboard/Mat, and Chair—along with a variety of props to target the upper body, lower body, and core.
Between strength-based rounds, you’ll power up with energizing cardio bursts to boost endurance and keep your heart rate elevated. Every class ends with a restorative cool-down to lengthen and balance your body.
Warm-Up (10 minutes)Start with purposeful movement to awaken your muscles and prepare your body. Through Reformer, Mat, or Chair work, you’ll focus on breath, core activation, and alignment to lay the foundation for the challenge ahead.
Round 1 – Strength & Tone: Build your base with controlled, foundational exercises that emphasize alignment and precision.
Three Pilates Rounds (30 minutes)
Round 2 – Enhanced Challenge: Increase intensity with props and balance elements, combining strength and stability work for deeper engagement.
Round 3 – Functional Flow: Level up to a full-body endurance challenge, integrating upper and lower body movements for total-body coordination and power.
Between each round, quick cardio bursts keep your energy high and your stamina growing.
Prone Work (5 minutes)Target your postural and back muscles to balance out the effects of daily movement and seated positions, supporting long-term posture and strength.
Cool-Down (5 minutes)Wrap up with deep stretches and restorative breathwork to lengthen your muscles, calm your heart rate, and leave your body feeling balanced and refreshed.

Get Ready to Move
Join us for the Circuit experience and see what happens when precision meets power. Your body—and your mind—will thank you.
And what’s the first thing to fall off your already overcrowded list? You.
“Me time” gets pushed to the margins as holiday responsibilities and December events pile up. Before long, you’re running on fumes and pouring from an empty cup.
So this year, give yourself a gift: make your well-being non-negotiable! Your family—and your body and mind—will thank you for it.
Before you read another word, open your Club Pilates app and book a class. Pop it on your calendar, set a reminder, and make it happen. You’ll be so glad you did!Okay… now we can resume.
Please Pause...
December is the perfect moment to look back and recognize everything you’ve accomplished this year—especially in your wellness journey. Let’s reflect together
Reflect
How many classes did you complete this year?
Did you experiment with a new format?
Discover an instructor you absolutely adore?
Level up to a more advanced class?
Inspire a friend to begin their own Pilates journey?
And of course… how many hundreds of The Hundred have you conquered?
The Numbers Don't Lie
Tune in to your body:
What Has Changed?
Have you gained flexibility? Improved your hip and shoulder mobility? Sleeping better? Has that nagging back pain softened? Which exercise(s) once felt impossible but now feels surprisingly achievable?
Can you finish The Hundred without stopping?Did you finally master your Roll Up or Teaser?Have push-ups become—dare we say—less dreadful?
Look at how much you’ve accomplished! Truly, well done!
Now take a moment to celebrate it your accompishments—perhaps with a victory Plank! How long did your “Plankabration” last? Next year, we’re adding seconds… if not minutes.
Is your studio offering Restore, Center + Balance, or a rejuvenating workshop this month? This is the ideal time to reset your nervous system and counter the holiday chaos. Prefer a little more intensity? Try Cardio Sculpt, Suspend, or the new Circuit class.
A Pilates session can dial down cortisol, lift your mood, and make you a much nicer human—which definitely helps if you’re aiming for the nice list right now.
Recharge
As we welcome 2026, take a moment to reassess your wellness goals. I’m not advocating for New Year’s resolutions so grandiose that they’re unattainable. Instead, focus on realistic targets and small shifts that create meaningful momentum.
Recommit
Small Changes = Big Impact
Add one extra Pilates session to your weekly routine
Try a new format or a new-to-you instructor
If you can’t get to class, sprinkle in “Pilates breaks” throughout your day
Snacksized Pilates Breaks
Elevated Plank or countertop push-ups
30 seconds of squats
One minute of 360° ribcage breathing
Seated or standing Swan
30 seconds of calf raises at your desk
If you have a goal, make sure you can track it.
Measurable Goals
Want to hold a longer Plank? Time yourself today—no cheating on form! Check again in a month, then at the end of Q1.
Working on endurance? Measure how long you can maintain Single Leg Stretch or The Hundred without breaks or compensations. Revisit this next month—how much have you improved?
Thinking about moving up a class level? Talk to your instructor about expectations and any skill gaps. A private session can be transformative and well worth the investment when you’re leveling up or working on personal goals.
Share Your Passion for Pilates
You know how good Pilates makes you feel. Who else in your life could benefit? Or maybe your next step is even bigger—perhaps you’re considering becoming an instructor. If that spark exists, 2026 could be your year!
No matter what your goals are, keep your Pilates practice consistent and protect your “me time.” Your future self will thank you.
