FORGE THE FUTURE
MENU
POST INDUSTRIAL, STILL INDUSTRIOUS
Since its early days, San Francisco has been defined by a pioneering spirit. The people who call it home range from prospectors to programmers, coming to the City by the Bay to make something of (or even bigger than) themselves. They use the energy of the past to fuel their ambitions for the future.
Pier 70 is no blank canvas – creation has been at its core since its start as a shipyard in the 1880s. Now, we retooled historic Building 12 to help you connect with your customers. It’s a place purpose-built for building, repairing, and reformulating. It’s your chance to show the world how it’s done and tell the whole story. Building 12 is a mold for casting new impressions. Forge the future here.

Built on a foundation of innovation, Building 12’s transformation establishes it as the heart of Pier 70 and the center of creativity and industry. As a hub for local entrepreneurs and visionaries exploring the future of design and craftwork, Building 12’s interdisciplinary approach to community asks the question: What new innovation can happen when a chocolatier collaborates with an engineer? Not sure about you, but we definitely want to find out.
