In collaboration with Littler’s Managing Director and Chief Inclusion, Equity & Diversity Officer, the Inclusion, Equity & Diversity Council (Inclusion Council) plays a crucial role in implementing the firm’s inclusion, equity and diversity (IE&D) objectives. It also coordinates the efforts of the firm’s affinity and employee resource groups. Established in 2003, the Inclusion Council consistently advances our roster of talented attorneys while fostering a work environment where everyone can thrive.

Littler’s ongoing commitment IE&D remains a top priority. Recognizing that progress requires resources, 
we offer billable hour credit for participation in IE&D-related events and activities. 
Additionally, we provide financial support to enable our lawyers and staff to engage in these initiatives.
