Ricoh Multifunction printer
The Need
When J. Donovan Law Group launched in 2019, they needed more than just a printer and copier. They were looking for a reliable solution that could streamline document management, enhance workflows, handle extensive scanning, and seamlessly integrate with their legal management software—all while keeping printing costs in check. With a monthly duty cycle of over 20,000 prints, J. Donovan Law Group required a device that could meet the demand for high-volume output.
The Solution
Katie Gillingham, Director of Technology at Office Interiors, collaborated with Jennifer Donovan to provide the team with the perfect solution: the Ricoh IMC4510. With a print speed of 45 pages per minute, this MFP solution enabled fast, high-volume printing and scanning for team members to share documents quickly. Its Optical Character Recognition (OCR) Technology helped organize electronic documents into a consolidated and fully searchable database, saving time and enhancing flexibility for the J. Donovan Group lawyers and their litigation support team.
Office Interiors’ automated toner replenishment also helped simplify fleet management, and comprehensive training sessions and ongoing support ensured smooth operations. With the Ricoh IMC4510, J. Donovan Law Group was able to consolidate printing, copying, scanning, and faxing into one efficient device, streamlining their workflow and maximizing productivity.

Cloudli Phone system Solutions
The Need
J. Donovan Law Group required a modern and flexible telephone system to support their operations across multiple offices. Their PBX based phone system was proving inadequate for their evolving needs and fast growth. The transition to another cloud phone solution provider was met with challenges, including high costs for scaling and a lack of user comfort with the system. It became evident that they needed a solution that could facilitate ease of growth, improve productivity, and offer cost-effective scalability.
The Solution
To address their communication challenges, J. Donovan Law Group migrated to a cloud VoIP solution provided by Cloudli. This transition offered numerous advantages over their previous systems. Cloudli's platform provided the flexibility and scalability necessary for a growing firm, allowing for seamless communication across multiple offices. Features such as call transfer between locations, employee coverage across sites, and the convenience of a mobile app for remote communication enhanced productivity and collaboration. Additionally, the ability to share phone lines through Cloudli's platform allowed for cost-effective utilization of resources. Seeing the strong cost and performance differentiator for Cloudli, the J.Donovan Law Group team decided to deploy 31 Yealink headsets with Cloudi across all three locations.
